This imposing ISA peripheral used not one, not two, but three full-length ISA cards, bolted together in a "silicon sandwich" over an inch thick, spanning two ISA connectors, and weighing over a pound.  The Professional Graphics Adapter provided a dazzling 640x480 resolution in 256 colors, and had to be used with a special monitor.
